Built by clinicians who answer the call
EMSOKe exists because emergencies in Kenya deserve a system, not luck. We are the professional home for doctors, nurses, clinical officers, EMTs/paramedics, students, and organisations working in emergency care nationwide.
Why EMSOKe exists
Our vision is to improve the quality of emergency care in Kenya. Emergency medicine in Kenya has grown from a handful of casualty officers into a recognised clinical discipline — but the system supporting it is still being built. EMSOKe was founded to close that gap.
What guides our work
To strengthen timely and effective emergency care to all Kenyans by advocating for easily accessible and reliable emergency medical services through advocacy, ongoing training, community outreach and partnerships among emergency healthcare professionals and beyond.
